Navy Requirements Manager's (RM) Course Registration
Please review the following information below before registering.
OPNAV Requirements Managers play a key role in Navy’s acquisition process. As a Requirements Manager you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and managing requirements through the Navy and JCIDS process. Whereas Requirements Managers in other services would stop there, you have an additional responsibility of acting as a Resource Sponsor for a program, navigating the Navy’s POM and PPBE process.
This course will provide you with an overview of the knowledge and skills you need to be effective. By the end of this course you will understand how your role fits within the DoD and Navy acquisition decision systems (JCIDS, DAS, and PPBE).
A more detailed e-mail will be sent out to registered students approximately 3 business days prior to the class start and will include such details as class start time, dress code, security requirements, and other information.
