The OPNAV RM Course Instructor Team is involved in the Navy Requirements Working Group and is assisting in the Initial Findings and Implementation Plan deliverables due to DepSecWar for the Navy response regarding the SecWar “Reforming the Joint Requirements Process to Accelerate Fielding of Warfighting Capabilities” memo from 20 Aug 2025. As such, the RM Course has moved to an every-other-month approach to assist in managing resources and short-term deliverables within OPNAV regarding this effort. The RM Course will not be offered for Nov 2025, Jan 2026, and Mar 2026. The RM Course will be offered in Sep, Oct, and Dec for 2025. For 2026, we anticipate offering the RM Course in Feb and then from Apr – Dec (no Jan or Mar offerings). Additionally, due to certain elements of the RM Course being in a state of flux, the RM Course has shifted from a five-day course to a four-day course until further notice. Full certification will still be given after the completion of the four-day version of the RM Course. If you do not see a month available, it means that the course for that month is not offered or is currently full. Class size has been increased to account for the every-other-month approach. However, if you would like to be added to the waitlist for a specific month that is already full (you can’t select that month below), please email opnavrmcourse@synchronfed.com and we will try to get you in the course that month as we get cancellations.
